This policy applies to pages on publicsectorcalculators.co.uk operated as Public Sector Calculators. It covers visitors who browse the site, use calculators, read guides, or contact us by email.

Most calculator inputs and results are processed in your browser. We do not require an account and we do not store your salary, band, FTE or other calculation inputs on our servers.

Some features (for example the part-time planning journey) can save band, years in band and FTE in local browser storage on your device so you do not re-enter them between steps. You can clear this any time from the notice on the calculator page. That data never leaves your browser unless you contact us and choose to share it.

Like most websites, our hosting may record technical logs (for example IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps) for security and reliability.

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage (which pages are visited, general traffic patterns). Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies. We use this to improve content and fix broken journeys, not to identify individual users for employment or credit decisions.

This site is intended for a general adult audience planning public sector employment. It is not designed for children under 13.
